Shoulders/Chest/Traps together on one day
Back/Biceps together on another day
Legs/Glutes/Lower body on another day
About 20reps 2 to 5 sets depending on the workout.

Per set.
I know it seems excessive. But I've seen some growth in the midst of this plateau.
. No, I might try something like that on this next split.  The weights must be fairly moderate, and I'm starting a cut, so the last thing I want to do is lift too heavy on a calorie deficit. 
That's what I did too...3 sets of 20 reps...started off light to acclimate myself back to lifting after a year plus off from it then increase weight every couple weeksIs that 20 reps per set or 20 reps total for each exercise?

Not gonna lie, quarantine made me lose a lot of muscle. Lowkey flabset rn but I’m trying to gain it back through calisthenics.
It’s just not the same as weights tho and it’s a lot more work - I might just stayuntil gyms open back up

Any critique on my physique tho - things to work on? Apart from abs which I know are lacking - I have wide hips and weird fat distribution

You best get on that jump ropebecause you're going to need your breath a lot more than you're going to need all those muscles.Wish I could find a local bjj trainer.
In the meantime been trying to get back doing between 100 and 200 push-ups a day
Plan to start a home lifting regimen next week.
