You best get on that jump ropebecause you're going to need your breath a lot more than you're going to need all those muscles.

I'm doing 25 minutes barefoot in the garage. Concrete

Achilles on fleek.

Man i just looked, can't find my rope anywhere. Been looking for it off and on for like 2 months now but I finally just looked in the last place it could possibly be and it's not there. :francis:

So that means I need to buy a new one? Any suggestions or does brand and type not matter?

fukk a protein powder. Once u rid yourself of that crap, u realize how much $ u wasted for no reason.

This.

I stopped using protein powders about 3-4 years ago and my body wasn't effected at all. I mean some people maybe pro athletes get full benefits from getting them in at times but for me it was hampering on my eating. Rather than waking up and eating something I would down a shake, same post gym. Now I wake and eat breakfast and post gym I eat a banana and then eat food when I get home.

U think protein powder is the secret to gains? :mjlol:

Breh, protein powder is the biggest scam in fitness industry

No, hard work, consistency, and adequate nutrition is the secret to gains.

I asked about yours because most cats with any would know protein isn't some cheat code, just an easy way for folks to hit your macros. Not necessary by any means, but hardly useless.

Lotta fukk nuggets with no strength or aesthetics, no education, and no certs be dispensing advice on this site. :beli:

So instead of using a supplement you used food and your body had no ill effects? :ohhh:

:lolbron:

I know it's obvious but so many people are fooled into thinking getting protein shake in within 20 mins is the only way for optimal goals.

And anyone with real experience and education can tell u protein powders are a waste of money because u dont need the amount of protein these lifters intake. im 5'11'' and weigh 190 lbs and only consume about 110g of protein a day. Well below the .8 to 1g per body weight that is recommended by the lifting community.

And anyone who's not a broke boy wouldn't be pocket watching other nikkas in GNC. :hhh:

110g a day? Who decided that was optimal? 5'11", 190? And why would I take advice on this shyt from someone who's both smaller and weaker than myself? :mjlol:

Using supplements still wouldn't be a waste if someone only took in 110 grams of protein a day, as it would still allow them to manipulate their macros, just like getting their protein from whole food sources would.
:rudy:

Protein supplements can actually be cheaper than getting the equivalent protein content from whole foods. 50 grams from protein powder could be cheaper than getting 50 grams from chicken, especially if you bought from a company that doesn't spend a ton on marketing.

Ur already red but negged on rc. :camby:
