Cut back down to 150 all muscle on a strict diet of Oatmeal for breakfast. PBJ and a banana for lunch, and a grill chicken salad for dinner straight for like 3 months.
Now I dont take anything as far as powders or shakes I just lift 6days a week.
Nope no cardio, but I superset minimum breaks keep my heart rate upDo you still do cardio. I know that your already lean

My bench max is 295, my squat is 315 10x though, pullups without weight 30 but I honestly believe I can push that number.

What's your Bench, Squat numbers? How many pullups in a row can you do?
I met 1 dude that looked great like you at the gym and he could only get 125 up. I was shocked
I can do about 13 now with a 45lb plate it's 11 in vid

Go to the end of pullup thread and see pure power I took end of 2016 off and all of 2017 off wife was pregnant stayed home more. Lost all muscle like I said hit gym in April 2018 never looked backthe pull up video says may 2016
