You got any advice I'm just really starting out. Were the same height
I started at 150 no muscle what so ever in april. Bulked up to 160 with preworkout, 100g protein a day, and creatine.

Cut back down to 150 all muscle on a strict diet of Oatmeal for breakfast. PBJ and a banana for lunch, and a grill chicken salad for dinner straight for like 3 months.

Now I dont take anything as far as powders or shakes I just lift 6days a week.

So question...being a swole looking 150... how much weight can you actually move?

What's your Bench, Squat numbers? How many pullups in a row can you do?

I met 1 dude that looked great like you at the gym and he could only get 125 up. I was shocked

What's your Bench, Squat numbers? How many pullups in a row can you do?

I met 1 dude that looked great like you at the gym and he could only get 125 up. I was shocked
My bench max is 295, my squat is 315 10x though, pullups without weight 30 but I honestly believe I can push that number.

About 70 dips straight, and a 100 pushups straight, I got some vids in the pullup thread in the Gym forum
