Yea you shootin yourself in the foot by not eating. Trying to build muscle without eating is like trying to run the coli on just one server :mjlol: Don't ban me :lupe:

At least make sure you eat on the days you lift leave that slacking for the off days when you don't burn as much calories

Yeah, for the most part on the days I lift I try to make sure I eat enough. But my off days... :wow: I get up at like 7:30 and don't eat until like 11-12ish smh. Ima start back making a big ass pot of pelau so I'm not to lazy to cook/eat.

Gotchu. My diet is type sporadic, i be too lazy/busy to eat sometimes, probably the main reason i don't grow crazy :noah: I don't eat junk food like that & i've probably had soda 4 times in the past 4 years.

I kinda do what you do, I just go in and do whatever, most of the time its the same shyt.

I'm at 174, 5'12", but i got a lil gut.

I'm not on a diet lol I just eat a lot of rice and chicken everyday along with protein shakes. If I don't feel like drinking a lot of protein I'll grab me a footlong meatball marinara or Italian BMT from subway. The only other thing I eat on a consistent basis is Corn Flakes cereal :russ: I never really liked junk like candy, chips, soda and shyt like that even as a kid

My split now is
Chest/Tris/Traps
Back/Bis/Abs
Legs/Shoulders
Arms/Abs
2 days rest

For cardio I play football with friends or run sprints 2-3 times a week

Don't really have a specific exercise routine I just go in and do whatever I feel like (I don't recommend you do this for good results :dead:)

And I'm hovering in between 166-170 at the moment
Jesus Christ you looking big Ass fukk at 166-170....

I got like 10pounds on you and I'm not even that bulky......but most of it is in my legs though
