lil nikka no body guard finna get filled out a little more.

I'm 5'7" at 122-24lbs last time I checked, maybe even less.

I'm skinny but toned. I don't work out at all, never have. I'm blessed with good genes. I lowkey have a Bruce Lee pak, just need to fix my diet and do some type of workout. Metabolism is crazy too.

My diet consists of baked goods, pizza, burgers (not fast food. i cut that out months ago), pasta, strictly water and whatever is cheap/I'm in the mood for.

Getting to the point: I want bigger arms and a fuller build in general.

How do I go about this? I've just been doing 40 rep sets of push-ups every now and then - no true dedication.

Nah, but I took 3 months off for school / work/internships/girls, but I've been back at it for month now.

I'm still around 175-180ish, but as usual most of my muscle is in my legs.

If you a on 50 post I should be on 1 or 2 pages Back .

I'm still :flabbynsick: working on cutting .

Changing diets tryna see what works .

Flabby here, used to be 165-170. Then I blew up in Grad school to 255-260. Started lifting and cardio again 3 weeks ago, down to about 245 brehs.

Bench up to 235 (which would've been great back when I was 170). My goal weight is 205. Got to hold myself accountable somewhere.

So I have accepted that my body is lopsided and that I will forever have one pec noticeably bigger than the other. Been out the gym in and out the past 2 years since posting just came off a 6 month break but now I have a broken foot. I'm at 190 right now will post a pic when I get a chance.

what will help even them up is doing dips and pushups on some parallel bars at a playground.
