I bought a Carbon 15 when I was 18
n/h but what routine/ kinda diet you on? :wtf: How much u weigh?

I'm not on a diet lol I just eat a lot of rice and chicken everyday along with protein shakes. If I don't feel like drinking a lot of protein I'll grab me a footlong meatball marinara or Italian BMT from subway. The only other thing I eat on a consistent basis is Corn Flakes cereal :russ: I never really liked junk like candy, chips, soda and shyt like that even as a kid

My split now is
Chest/Tris/Traps
Back/Bis/Abs
Legs/Shoulders
Arms/Abs
2 days rest

For cardio I play football with friends or run sprints 2-3 times a week

Don't really have a specific exercise routine I just go in and do whatever I feel like (I don't recommend you do this for good results :dead:)

And I'm hovering in between 166-170 at the moment

Gotchu. My diet is type sporadic, i be too lazy/busy to eat sometimes, probably the main reason i don't grow crazy :noah: I don't eat junk food like that & i've probably had soda 4 times in the past 4 years.

I'm at 174, 5'12", but i got a lil gut.

Man I gotta leave the fukkin cake alone that's it :sadcam: Trynna drop another 25 lbs. I thinking on adding jump ropes to my routine for cardio...

Yea you shootin yourself in the foot by not eating. Trying to build muscle without eating is like trying to run the coli on just one server :mjlol: Don't ban me :lupe:

At least make sure you eat on the days you lift leave that slacking for the off days when you don't burn as much calories

Yea cake is a waste, just fat and sugar. And jumping rope is a very good form of cardio I used to do it before I switched to sprints, gives you a good sweat, go ahead and give it a try.
