Calories in, calories out. But sugar has no nutritional value. It's not beneficial.

Gonna bring my barbell row weight a bit down so I can fix my form. After a month of working out:
- Squatting 100 (started at 45)
- Deadlifting 145 (started at 115)
- Benching 70 (started at 45)
- Barbell Rowing 95 (started at 45)
- Overhead Pressing 45 (yeah... I've been plateauing this hard).
Loving this lifestyle. I'm going to be the greatest professional wrestler of all time.
I'm not implying that you shouldn't eat ANY carbs, I'm just saying that for me, I've found it beneficial to eat low carb, high protein. Excess glucose causes fat storage. But it doesn't make u fat which is what u said. No one saying sugar is beneficial at all. But your body does need it

I go by my macros. Lower carb for fat loss, moderate carb for maintaining.Carbs are the best source for energy though so your reasoning doesn't make sense. Again, calories is what makes u fat. U burn calories u lose weight. You're spitting that old shyt that's been debunk. Tell me this, if a persons daily caloric intake is 2000 to maintain his current weight, which scenario do u think will make him fatter?
Eating 2200 calories worth of white meats and veggies

I'm 5'7" at 122-24lbs last time I checked, maybe even less.
I'm skinny but toned. I don't work out at all, never have. I'm blessed with good genes. I lowkey have a Bruce Lee pak, just need to fix my diet and do some type of workout. Metabolism is crazy too.
My diet consists of baked goods, pizza, burgers (not fast food. i cut that out months ago), pasta, strictly water and whatever is cheap/I'm in the mood for.
Getting to the point: I want bigger arms and a fuller build in general.
How do I go about this? I've just been doing 40 rep sets of push-ups every now and then - no true dedication.
