I've been bad :mjcry:

show me the way good sir :feedme:
I allow myself a little cheat every once in awhile....

But now what I do is straight Coffee and carb mornings on days when I am active

Then the rest of my day I have mixed Bowl type meals that I prepare

For example I have one where I have sautéed mushrooms, chicken, asparagus, and two poached eggs.

A little olive oil, fresh garlic, salt, pepper...

If you want to mix a carb, add a little wild rice

That is just one combo though...

The key to these is to mix as many fresh colorful ingredients and super foods as you can. It is scientifically proven that the more colorful the foods you eat, the more diverse the micro nutrients that you will take
In.

There are many things

Sometimes I do Cooked garbanzo beans(these are beans they use to make hummus, the best beans, so tasty) and then mix every type of pepper, mushrooms, onions, ground turkey meat.

So many combos.

Yup I studied this for a lil bit.
I'm about 10% even tho I eat dirty af. Calories is calories. Your body don't care about veggies it just care about calorie surplus-deficit.

I don't think eating clean is necessary.:yeshrug:

Am I wrong breh?
Please do not pass This misinformation on. I want you to research what micronutrients are. Micro nutrients are just as important as eating the right amount of calories. If you are eating garbage, there is no way you are getting the best out of your body, fitness wise.

baby, that was the old me
I am the same as you, I could eat whatever I wanted and it not effect me. But then now as I have been working out for about 9 years, eating clean is key!

I know you feel like superman with the ability to eat whatever and never gain much weight but changing your diet slightly to eating more meat, drinking water, protein shakes will make a huge difference.

You will fill out better and have a more solid physique...how old are you? I was about 160 poounds maybe a bit less when i was a teenager before i picked up weights and I used to eat all types of shyt, now I can still consume a lot calories but I eat a lot cleaner.

Say it ain't so. I'm 18 I thought it wouldn't matter. Veggies is my enemy breh but u have the results and experience so Ill have to follow this advice :wow:

:sadbron: Veggies here I come

I looked it up. So it's required huh?
I mean I could get it eating vitamins and fill my daily quota but that's prolly not good either?

When you look at a vitamin bottle it says "supplement"... Meant to "supplement" an already balanced diet. Those aren't meant to replace actual foods.

You would be lucky to get all the bases covered through nutrition and supplementation. Getting through one or the other isn't likely.

To be honest I still dont eat a ton of veg I should eat more! I struggle to put on weight and keep it so eating often is key for me, protein shakes have been a blessing to me.

But yeah if you weight say 140 try and get 160 grams of protein in you and whatever you do weight just keep trying to get 20 grams more protein than your weight.

Being 18 though you have a lot of time to get it all right and try things out that work for you....you can get a good physique from just training and eating whatever (within reason) but it can go even further if you take a bit of extra care. trust me

Well, I'm officially back in the gym now. Picked up my "no commitment" membership from Planet Fitness. (I know how you guys feel about PF, but it's alright. Better than I expected and no complaints yet.)

Going against conventional wisdom, I'll post face pics(ughh), but not a full body joint. (You guys won't be able to take the horror and I can't handle the shame. Lol)

I'm 5'11.5 (181cm) with a meso-endomorph build. I hold my weight particularly well, but as with all endos, we gain weight rapidly if our consumption isn't closely monitored. I've been yo-yo'ing with my weight all my life, but now I'm ready to crack down. The ideal weight for my body type is 190lbs(86kg). I'm slightly over 300 lbs now. I'm a former athlete, so I have no issues with working out. It's just going to take time.

Well, here's what I look like(fat n***a warning)...

The last pic is current. The second and third are older.

and those are my happy faces... :birdman:
