Aight Imma add to this thread... I haven't been lifting heavy at all lately... Just been pure high rep circuits trying to trim myself out.... I guess this is my starting point to my quest to get trimmed and cut..

I am about 5'10" and about 189lbs in the morning after I take a shyt...

Updated Photos as off this morning 6/2/2013

Down to 185 pounds since I posted my last photos

Goal is 180 and <8% Body Fat

Been on a 1700 to 2300 calories a day diet... I fluctuate in that range depending on what I ate the day before, how many carbs I took in, and if I fukked up and ate something dirty...

Can't really tell due to lighting, and I was taking in a lot of water during this workout because of the C4 Cellulator, but my abs are starting to get :lawd:

Welp, new entry 2015, quest to build as much muscle aesthetically as I can while staying in the 169 - 173 range. I'm more explosive and stable than I've ever been in my life.

If I actually had knowledge of biomechanics when I was 18 and and d1a prospect :whew:

Anyone practice Ketosis?

I'm trying to ease into it...but keep going over my carbs and fats! Like, typically, my carbs are 70 g but I need to be less than 20 g then around 100 g on my high carb days...fats around 30 g and I'm usually 50-60 g

How are you planning to reach Ketosis with high carb days at 100grams? It's unlikely you would reach it doing that or you would be in and out of it.

Like @Serious said, stay away.

I look pretty good for somebody whoses never worked out before. :yeshrug:I'm very athletic otherwise. Fast as hell and got some hops.

Eat whatever I want but never got fat lol. Tryna gain 20-25 pounds of lean muscle in 1 year from now.

I'll prolly gain 5 unavoidable lbs of fat and be about 160 ish and ill be pretty sexy like this in 1.5 - 2.5 years

Good to see you set realistic goals...If you train hard and keep the diet reasonably clean you can easily achieve that physique within 1.5 years - 2 years.

I'm about 10% even tho I eat dirty af. Calories is calories. Your body don't care about veggies it just care about calorie surplus-deficit.

I don't think eating clean is necessary.:yeshrug:

Your body cares.

Eventually the make of your food is likely to matter on several levels. That said as far as building muscle that's the one area where you can get away more.

I am the same as you, I could eat whatever I wanted and it not effect me. But then now as I have been working out for about 9 years, eating clean is key!

I know you feel like superman with the ability to eat whatever and never gain much weight but changing your diet slightly to eating more meat, drinking water, protein shakes will make a huge difference.

You will fill out better and have a more solid physique...how old are you? I was about 160 poounds maybe a bit less when i was a teenager before i picked up weights and I used to eat all types of shyt, now I can still consume a lot calories but I eat a lot cleaner.

Look and size wise, your body doesn't care if its a clean or dirty calorie.

Health, energy, and mentally is where it makes a difference. You can definitely feel the difference in eating clean as compared to dirty.
