June 2013Aight Imma add to this thread... I haven't been lifting heavy at all lately... Just been pure high rep circuits trying to trim myself out.... I guess this is my starting point to my quest to get trimmed and cut..

Goal is 180 and <8% Body Fat
Been on a 1700 to 2300 calories a day diet... I fluctuate in that range depending on what I ate the day before, how many carbs I took in, and if I fukked up and ate something dirty...

I'm trying to ease into it...but keep going over my carbs and fats! Like, typically, my carbs are 70 g but I need to be less than 20 g then around 100 g on my high carb days...fats around 30 g and I'm usually 50-60 g

How are you planning to reach Ketosis with high carb days at 100grams? It's unlikely you would reach it doing that or you would be in and out of it.Anyone practice Ketosis?

I look pretty good for somebody whoses never worked out before. I'm very athletic otherwise. Fast as hell and got some hops.
Eat whatever I want but never got fat lol. Tryna gain 20-25 pounds of lean muscle in 1 year from now.
I'll prolly gain 5 unavoidable lbs of fat and be about 160 ish and ill be pretty sexy like this in 1.5 - 2.5 years
I'll just maintain at 170. I have good genetics so wish me luck brehs

My go too right now is cottage cheese and i throw in walnuts, grapes, and small cuts of apples
Good to see you set realistic goals...If you train hard and keep the diet reasonably clean you can easily achieve that physique within 1.5 years - 2 years.
