What kind of supplements do you guys take?

  • Protein powder
  • CLA
  • L-Carnitine

I don't think I need more than this, thoughts?
I think the CLA and L-Carnitine are a waste personally but :manny:

I get powder for supplementation but other than that I don't know that you "need" it.

I use different things but beyond my multi and and ZMA I wouldn't classify anything else as needed.

I have been trying to lose weight for a few months now, but it took me a while to get on track with the eating and I wanted to get the food and drinking water down before I fully get into it and I finally have.

My heaviest was 329.8 and as of the other day i'm at 312.8.

Signed up for the gym today too, i haven't taken a picture yet, ill post my follow up one at the end of the month. But here is the start video. At my heaviest didn't like taking pictures, but i had to do a movie for school so here ya go.

My only advice... Stick with it breh. It's going to take work. If you're willing to put that work in, you'll drop the excess. Don't get discouraged if you feel yourself frustrated or down at first.

Welp, new entry 2015, quest to build as much muscle aesthetically as I can while staying in the 169 - 173 range. I'm more explosive and stable than I've ever been in my life.

But for real, I don't know any of that gym science stuff, I just know what keeps me on track. But your waist looks pretty much on point, especially compared to the rest of your body. If that's your main concern, I think you pretty much reached it. You beefed up the thighs since you first posted as well. :obama: Good progress.




Its no point in me updating anymore in here, I reached my goal last year..i just maintain now. #salute
