Know it's not much but this is just from thurs-today

Quit fast food and started meal prepping. I don't really do much upper body so even noticing a slight difference over just a few days got me hype

Thanks!! Yeah, I been keeping away from high sodium foods.

Quitting fast food is hard man lol I was addicted to it. Ate that shyt every single day. I'm on day 5 of fast food free :blessed: I feel so much better :jawalrus:

Why did you eat it so often?

If you dont eat any more of that shyt and eat healthy... you'll be AMAZED at your transformation a month from now. Not that you really need to lose weight but you'll tone up for sure. Eat healthy and drink a shyt ton of water.
