Know it's not much but this is just from thurs-today
Quit fast food and started meal prepping. I don't really do much upper body so even noticing a slight difference over just a few days got me hype
Thurs
Today :
Keep eating healthy, stay away from sodium, lift lower body more than upper, drink lots of water... you're fine.

Quitting fast food is hard man lol I was addicted to it. Ate that shyt every single day. I'm on day 5 of fast food free I feel so much better
