Current progress:

Current goals: lose a few inches from my waist and gain more muscle in my legs. I'm also going to start doing more upper body work outs (I've been neglecting that area).
:krs: you weren't fibbing. :wow:

Thread is about to be two years old. :wow:

Thank you..the Coli. ....I'm pretty much the same as my last pics..I just try to maintain. But I'm more cut in the spring/summer because I play in a sports league then.

working on chest now which is lacking. Semi-clean bulking for another 10 lbs.

Wow, crazy that its been almost 2 years since this post. I ended up fukking up on my bulk and had to start back from scratch. I found a decent diet routine and started back up again about a year ago and put on about 20 pounds. Looking to add another 10 or so and slim down. I'm still pretty lean, even though less vascular. May get to my goal and say fukk it and keep bulking if I don't look to flabby.

I think a key focus should be going with a physique that's maintainable to your lifestyle. Do whatever is going to keep you consistent. If you look like these pictures from two years ago, then you still have a better physique than 99% of the population

Very true. I had some great cuts doing the Lean Gains variation of IF but that 8/16 hour split didn't work with my schedule once I got my BA and my job. Training wise, I've never had an issue though.
