@King Jackson we gonna need that body weight routine and go-to sources for protein apart from the black beans please?

I've been doing something similar but not as strict as you, really struggling with refined sugars and coffee.

:salute: to your progress and sticking to what is a strict lifestyle breh.
thanks bro, check ya inbox for that routine. My favorite protein sources are peanut butter(w/o sugar and the hydrogenated oils), lentils, almonds, walnuts, i take a protein powder made of powderized seeds like chia, mustard, sesame, amaranth, flax, quinoa etc.. these give me all the amino acids and nutrients i need for the day. Nothing more powerful than seeds. I also eat a lot of spinach.

just a skinny ass 154lb nukka tryna move up brehs :to:

Yardie you need to eat that Island/African food. I weighted 180 lbs back in high school days. Now I'm 195 lbs... You got to eat or take some CB-1 weight gainer pills if you're serious about bulking up. Then work on different parts of your body each day ( chest, biceps/triceps, legs, shoulders, back, etc). Try increasing your calories.
:ohhh: Thought that makes you fat though :francis:

Only if you can burn it. :banderas:

might post a picture in here. only if the ladies want to see my body with clothes on. :pachaha:

but I'm not about that life. :francis:

So what should i eat to bulk then w/o getting bloated? :ld:
Lol I was hoping you wouldn't ask

Its different for everybody, but I've heard about making your own weight gainers that consist of milk, fruits, peanut butter and whey for one...I'm sure you've heard of eating more lean meats and whole grains too..that works..

I've also heard that you workouts have to coincide with your heavier diet...so heavier lifting should accompany a heavier diet...

That's not to say you need to go from eating 1800cals on Monday to 3000cals on Tuesday indefinitely..its probably best to gradually work your way up.

At the end of the day your body is different from others so you gotta gauge it..For example, I came down from :flabbynsick: so eating a couple slices of pizza can set me back hard whereas most people can get away with it :manny:

This exercise science shyt is so imprecise :smh:
