I'm way too big now - I don't work out at all right now and I feel like a twat so this is partly me holding myself accountable. Calisthenics to start with - hopefully will get some money and get a bench and barbell. Got dumbbells already. Need to stick to it and hit up the veg

I'm 6 feet 192 and my stomach is huggheeee. I'm cutting out carbs and having Oatmeal for breakfast and drinking protein shakes. I'm going to stock to mostly meat and veggies and I hope my stomach shrinks fast.
I'm not worried about adding muscle right now, my goal is lose some body fat. I'm 23.9 percent body fat.
