I'm way too big now :mjcry: - I don't work out at all right now and I feel like a twat so this is partly me holding myself accountable. Calisthenics to start with - hopefully will get some money and get a bench and barbell. Got dumbbells already. Need to stick to it and hit up the veg

You should super-set when you doing your calisthenics ( dips, pullup bar, push ups, lounges, etc). Add cardio in there, and you'll be good.

I used to be like you. I was 150 for half a decade and then one summer i made a commitment and got to 160.

Find something you like and eat it heavily. For me it wss ch8lli cheese hot dogs. I would eat 4-5 a day, and then one big regular meal. And then 60 pushup after each eating. And cut out the snacks and sodas. You"ll get big quick

I don't have a set 1. I just try to take in a bunch of protein
Gotta have a plan to build muscle correctly. You can fall half ass into losing weight but not the other way around unless you are teen.

I'm 6 feet 192 and my stomach is huggheeee. I'm cutting out carbs and having Oatmeal for breakfast and drinking protein shakes. I'm going to stock to mostly meat and veggies and I hope my stomach shrinks fast.

I'm not worried about adding muscle right now, my goal is lose some body fat. I'm 23.9 percent body fat.

I need to get right and quickly

I started working out about 3 weeks ago or so since I started working at Golds.

Been going hard almost every day making a habit out of it. I missed like 3 or 4 days in 3 weeks. But this week I kinda slacked. Thurs & Fri I worked out for like a half hour, if that both days and then ate greasy as food after w/ a member lol and Saturday I had NO time to work out because of both my jobs and Yeseyrday I was just real busy. But today I got about an hour and a half great work out in.

Super hype that since I won't be dog sitting anymore after today that I'll have time to work out pretty much every day since that got in the way.

Getting a job at Golds is one of the best things. It motivates me so much.

Anyways. This is pretty much my starting point.

We got the same dilemma fam , I'm 6'0 , 145 lbs , I be eating like I'm some morbidly obese nikka but my metabolism on some other shyt :mjcry: , but my mans recently put me on to this Whey protein I'm skeptical bout it but hopefully I could put on like 15 lbs .
