I touched on that above...but I'm sure if I'm not mistaken that they do cause you to retain water across the board with the glycogen stores and whatnot.

Some people are Carb Sensitive while others can manipulate Carbs and use them to their advantage ie.Carb Cycling. For ex with my I hold water super easy, so I try to not go over 300 carbs typically I get in about 150-250 a day, I train fasted so I typically do my carbs on the higher end on the day before I lift, and lower on non lifting days.

Its different for everybody, but I've heard about making your own weight gainers that consist of milk, fruits, peanut butter and whey for one...I'm sure you've heard of eating more lean meats and whole grains too..that works..

I've also heard that you workouts have to coincide with your heavier diet...so heavier lifting should accompany a heavier diet...

That's not to say you need to go from eating 1800cals on Monday to 3000cals on Tuesday indefinitely..its probably best to gradually work your way up.

At the end of the day your body is different from others so you gotta gauge it..For example, I came down from :flabbynsick: so eating a couple slices of pizza can set me back hard whereas most people can get away with it :manny:

lol, good looks fam. I'ma lower the carbs a little, i was feeling bloated & sluggish as fukk last week. I haven't ate rice or bread in like 5-6 days so i'm Gucci now

Yeah, if you go from eating 300gs of carbs a day to less than 100gs you'll piss away a lot of water weight in no time...but lifts will go down somewhat and you'll be :birdman: status (at least for me)..but if you eat and sleep right :blessed:

You don't get a gut doe? What you more less? I had to reevaluate my bulk, my gut started getting big. Maybe it was all the bread & rice i was eatin :patrice:
stick to brown rice and wheat bread and try to cut down on sodium and you wont get that bloated gut as much.

I have a fast metabolism. So I can eat white rice without getting :flabbynsick: status. :whew:

Can't believe I'm still 21 years old...

Good looks. i already do the wheat bread, i'm try the brown rice & cutting back on sodium.
