What have you been eating to bulk?
My main protein sources are eggs and salmon and ground turkey meat. Mostly the two former. Beef once maybe twice a week. main carb sources from brown rice, russet, and sweet potatoes. lots of spinach, brocolli, string beans, and occasionally add beans to meals. i dont eat a whole lotta fruit but when I do its usually strawberries, blueberries, and pears. i get my fats from eggs, olive oil, coconut oil, salmon, natural peanut butter and beef
so my main meals usually would be something like 2 servings brown rice with salmon, spinach, olive oil, string beans mixed in a bowl, and a pear on the side, washing it down with 16 oz water
^ this is what my main meals look like, a variation of meats and veggies but always with rice or potatoes. i mainly stick to rice though cuz its easy to eat and filled with carbs for small serving sizes. my next meal might be brown rice with turkey meat, spinach, brocolli, and strawberries on the side. In between the big meals i might have a pb and j sandwhich, or two.
i was staying away from bread but i started eating more of it lately only in peanut butter and jelly sandwhiches though; easy calories. i cut out most dairy, mainly milk before i started bulk cuz im mildly lactose intolerant, but i can eat cottage cheese and sometimes do. Eggs always eaten as a first and last meal, also post workout, but post workout egg whites. first and last meal i usually have 3 or 4 whole eggs. have no idea how many calories im getting in a day but it tend to get in 4-6 whole meals. consume around a gallon and a half a water a day because of how much rice i eat. i also mix metamucil in the water i drink for extra fiber. basically eat real clean, boring, switch things around, but it works
