@King Jackson we gonna need that body weight routine and go-to sources for protein apart from the black beans please?

I've been doing something similar but not as strict as you, really struggling with refined sugars and coffee.

I finally got back into the gym yesterday and really really got at the weights. Question when taking a break ( at least from weight lifting) and coming back should you attempt to start at what you last was able to lift max?

idk dude id dial back down a bit since you have to maintain those gains breh. work back up to it, shyt isnt a competition. lose those man titties nice and slow kid!

I didn't. I worked myself back up to that in like 3 weeks. I stopped going to the gym in August went back this month.

Thanks.

After I peaked, I actually dropped down to 193 during the spring semester of my senior year (roughly 2 and a half years) but with no muscle. After I had a bad back injury, the diet and regime changed, even did Pilates. Now it's all about conditoning and it's tough.
