So I weighed myself and I'm 145lbs :to:

I'm hoping it's mainly muscle that contributed to my 10lb weight gain because I still fit my clothes and I've been working out like crazy for the last couple of months. My problem is I've been eating too and not really monitoring it. I do notice that my legs and bum have gotten bigger but I still have a little fat around my stomach to lose. I want to get back under 140 so that's my new goal for the new year. Lose this little gut I have and drop my weight to where I feel comfortable. Hopefully I can post pics by February when I've reached my goal.

I have a serious sweet tooth. I like sweet things- fruit drinks, juice, dessert, and when I can't have those, I like refined carbs that can be broken down into simple sugars like chips, toast, crackers, pasta...

I like natural sugar too, like real fruit, but not nearly as much as the other things I listed. Two days down though, I've only had one piece of cake. I'm gonna try to not have any today.

Iono about you, but my sugar cravings start at night, around 10. I'm talking 5 bowls of serial, 4 cups of iced tea, cookies/cakes etc. For the past 3-4 months I've probably ingested near 1k cals at night :mjcry: But for the past two days I've been back on the EC stack for 3 days and not a cookie has been eaten. I take a dose at about 7 and I'm gtg.

My ass is aight. It's Khloe Kardashian before the ass shots. Smaller in general and hopefully shrink my boobs.
:leon: was beginning to wonder if u were ever gonna respond to my question lol. Good goals I'm sure you can reach them in no time, just remember intensity, frequency and variety along with a good diet.

So guys...I'm starting over again. My first semester in my new phd program kicked my behind. I was still exercising but not as regularly as I wanted, my diet was inconsistent, my sleep patterns were horrible, and transitioning into a new city is always difficult.

This was me a year ago:

I'm want to get back to where I was a year ago. Realistically, I only need to lose about 5-8 pounds to get back there. I want to see how much progress I can make before my birthday (a month from now).

i was extremely skinny 12 months ago, about 160 and 6'1-6'2. Last weight i checked i was at 185-190 about 2 months ago. I need to get over this hump before spring though and put on another layer of muscle. Also i have to tighten up the core, before i was skinny fat so i had to do some fasting to lose built up stomach fat. I don't take any creatine, whey supplements or anything like that. I eat mostly vegan, no bread, no dairy, rarely any meat.. My main meal is black beans, rice , spinach w/ olive oil or coconut oil. I am looking to put on another layer of muscle by March 18, 3 months for now. I haven't lifted weights in a couple years, i do bodyweight exercises only. If any body has any clean ways to put on this extra weight without eating a bunch of dairy and beef every day it would be greatly appreciated.

I just got back into real training mode . Im back doing at least 300 pull ups a day, the core work was so hard at the beginning i neglected it but now im making sure i hit my leg lifts and wipers. Im going to start doing field sprints today. Props for any advice

yes for health reasons i have to limit my intake of any animal food sources including dairy and eggs. The contamination in them is excessively high. I have probably had meat in 10-20 meals in the last 380 days. I want to get completely off, i also can't eat anything with sugar or artificial ingredients so if its not in the produce isle it doesn't go in my belly. The most processed things i eat are olive oil, coconut oil, organic peanut butter and occasionally almond milk. Im planning on getting a bread maker soon though so i can make my own without the toxins, i miss sandwiches.
