:lupe: why, i do mine behind the neck, wldnt doin it in front be a incline press and target the pecs??
not really breh...a military press is different from an incline based on the angle of you pushing the weight...the more upright you are the less you work the pecs and the more you hit the shoulders :manny:

How many of you brehs have an issue with barbell benching but can press dumbbells relatively heavier? :lupe: I can do 80s on the incline for reps and 85s on the flat but I can't bench 225 without a spotter :mindblown:

It's not really random because it started with @KOOL-AID asking a question regarding a military press and no one objected to it being an issue. Since I saw that type of post I thought it was okay to ask a similar question that someone already addressed for me. I was done posting in here before you quoted me :heh:

bench press 125 - 175
squat 165 - 225
military press 75 - 115
bent over row 75 - 115
deadlift 185 - 225

feels really good, been eating good too, gained 5 pounds so far. Need to get better form on my military press. bent over row is my favorite workout, improved my pullups and squats since I pause when I go up, feels hella good.
