So I tried these 3 days in a row and my knees feel like they are about to tear man, is there a proper video on how to do this? What you suggest?
It's worth paying for a couple of sessions of personal training just so someone can show you how to properly and safely use the equipment.

First off, there's no quick fix.
Second off, try standing military press. 1. Do not do behind the neck military presses. Do it in front. 2. You can do it inside a squat rack or outside of one. If you do it in a squat rack, you can start off with the bar at shoulder height. If you do it outside, perform a power clean to get the bar up to your shoulders. Use your legs, not your lower back to clean the bar. Macho-man'ing it up can screw up your lower back. 3. Don't cheat. Don't use your lower body to heave the bar up. If you have to, then there is too much on the bar for you. Decrease the weight. 4. Bring the bar down to your clavicle and start the press from there. If you bring it down halfway, that's the same as bringing a barbell down halfway on a bench press. You aren't doing a press in the full range of motion. It's okay to start off with the barbell and no weights and slowly work your way up in 10 lbs. or 20 lbs. increments. 5. Don't the same thing (weight/reps/sets) week to week. Change from light weight with high reps to medium weight with medium reps to super-set type exercises where you change up the weight with minimal time between sets, i.e enough time to change the weight. You don't have to do barbell military press, you can use Hammer Strength shoulder press or other shoulder press machines. You can mix in dumbbell shoulder presses.
