Quick review of that ON Serious Mass?


Atleast 3 solid meals a day and taking a serving size (1200 cal/50g protein) of this WILL put size on you. I mix my chocolate flavor with water mostly...taste like weak cocoa. I've gained 10lbs. using this. Banana tastes like Laffy Taffy.

End of year stats:
Pounds lost: 15 pounds (plus I know I gained muscle).
Waist measurement: between 26 - 27 inches
Miles run: 85 miles since I started running in September
Fastest mile: 8:15 (I could barely run a 12 minute mile in high school)
Average pace: 9:06
Squat weight: 150 pounds (a year or so ago, I couldn't even squat 50)
Leg press weight: 200 pounds

I am so proud of the progress I've made. I'm sure 2014 will be even better.

Do you feel squating has made your butt look better/bigger? Hearing mixed comments about women doing them. (sorry if its in your pics, i can't see them)

I don't think it made my butt bigger, but yes, I do believe it looks better. In my opinion, my side profile (legs, butt, and calves) looks nicer and curvier.

I been lackin so i still aint ready to post in this thread...

my peoples hasn't tho, Im going to post some of his pics because i think he can be an inspiration to mad people.

At one point he was over 300lbs, through hardwork and dedication he worked his way to 190 and can bench 300lbs.

I'll post pics this evening.
