Adding a bit of size til about February\March then work on getting cut for Summer. I stay lean all year though, rarely put on too much weight.

My progress has stalled for like a year due to me over indulging in alcohol so I vow to clean up my diet and clean bulk this winter. Ill post another pic in the summer to see how much progress I have made by then. This thread should keep me motivated.
Yeah I neglect my chest the most, im going to try to build more strength on my bench press and not focus on hypertrophy for now.If you build on your chest it will make an immediate impact for you. Go heavy on them!

more pics less talking pleaseI'm doing T25 combined with Butt Bible. And, I started juicing once a day. I keep a Magic Bullet at work and when I feel hungry after I've already had lunch, I make a veggie/fruit juice with a little plain soy milk and have that instead...it's filling. I'm gonna post pics in a couple of months - hopefully I'll be closer to where I wanna be by then. Threads like this help keep me motivated, so thanks, guys!
