Adding a bit of size til about February\March then work on getting cut for Summer. I stay lean all year though, rarely put on too much weight.

My progress has stalled for like a year due to me over indulging in alcohol so I vow to clean up my diet and clean bulk this winter. Ill post another pic in the summer to see how much progress I have made by then. This thread should keep me motivated.

Fitness injury is nearing 2 months. Feeling pretty good about my body.
Last year, I was worried about gaining weight during Thanksgiving. Now I could care less. I have a lot more confidence about my weight, health, and body.

A little drunk so I took a photo. Tried to show off my biceps, triceps, and shoulders.

Edit: lol forearms. I have "bad form" so I build my forearms. I like it though...

I'm doing T25 combined with Butt Bible. And, I started juicing once a day. I keep a Magic Bullet at work and when I feel hungry after I've already had lunch, I make a veggie/fruit juice with a little plain soy milk and have that instead...it's filling. I'm gonna post pics in a couple of months - hopefully I'll be closer to where I wanna be by then. Threads like this help keep me motivated, so thanks, guys!
