It's been a long time since I updated. I am still trying to get my mid section right (I started doing an ab routine this month...I HATE ab workouts). This is me in a very comfortable stance (no excess sucking in). My continued goal is a stronger core and defined abs.

Progress report. Adding some bulk with a high protein, looooow sugar diet. Keeping at the pull-ups, push-ups, and leg raises/lunges. I'm scared of winter though, brehs. I'ono how much longer I can keep this strict diet with Thanksgiving and burgers and sh*t calling my name.

Also very low alcohol... :noah:

Glad to see I'm not the only one who's fallen off lol. I'm prepping for a challenge for November though, which should snap everything back into place. I may open a thread to track, but I haven't decided yet.
