Yea word. Came in here a little intimidated but realized my fear has to drive a need for results, not cripple me from trying to achieve them.

I'm in here eating a hearty bowl of sauteed kale with raisin, brown rice and avo/tomato salad because the goals are now public record and I don't wanna go run and hide now that the challenge to cut the blasted sugar is real.

Same here, basically. I'm so confident in my diet, body, and health that I can eat whatever I want. I know the limits. If I don't exercise one day, I'm not allowed to have a mini-snickers bar. Etc.

That being said, I maintain a hardcore diet. Not a diet anymore, apart of my life eating habits.

Not doing my regular upper body fitness is killing me. F'ing hate it. Making me upset and stressed.

This is at the chiropractors office when I had my ribs adjusted.
