I just been walking 2 miles everyday, cut out sugary drinks for water and diet soda, been making sure I stay under certain levels for my meals (fat, sodium, sugar) and been doing workouts from home. Been doing this since November and I noticed in the mirror that I lost a lot of weight. It’s weird. Now I lost all that fat I need to either hit the gym or get real workout equipment so I start putting on muscle again.
