And the shakes I drink are more so the Boost/Ensure type shakes rather than the whey protein....

I stopped with the whey like 8 months back...

Yeah whey get some you the muscle but also the acne...nah I can't have a fukked up face.
The shakes helped me bulk when I got way too skinny around April/May. In addition to being too fat back in 2010-2015, I got dumb skinny around April of this year:

Started at around 235 and now I'm 204 on an empty stomach. These last few pounds of fat are taking foreverrrrrr though brehs. Hopefully getting some heavier weights will increase calorie burnage. Big ups to @GinaThatAintNoDamnPuppy! For letting me know about the weight set at dikks.

The goal is to get to 220 with most of those extra 16 pounds being muscle. I'll post a before and after when I get the excess fat off.

I'm in a strip club right now and there's nothing but square built Asian women so I'll answer as best as J can

Medifast for a few years
Transition to regular food after. Caloric intake of 2200
I've been fukking up laely but I'll be on track for next year...20lbs left.
