I always figured skinny nikkas had to gain weight before they started do bodyweight exercises & gym work but seems like I'm mistaken. Felt I'd be laughed out of the gym if I ever walked in.I was discouraged as well bruh, but if you wanna get bigger you gotta hit the gym or do bodyweight exercises like crazy fam.

A not bad but effective diet is only eating chicken breast, fresh water fish, and turkey.
Cut out starches especially white potatoes and white rice. Eat green leafy vegetables
Limit fast food to 1-2x a week.
Cut out sodas and if you do then drink no more than 3-5 20oz a week.
Personally I've never been a dessert and sweets guy so that has never been an issue but limit those.
I usually do a smoothie once a day as a meal. I use Greek yogurt, kale/spinach, fruit, crushed flax seeds, oats, and almond milk
I take fish oils daily which helps burn fat even with inactivity it will slightly but with exercise you'll notice it even more.
Drink water, weight train, and do sprints 1-2 a week (intervals on a hill is my preference)
Eliminate this completely.
