One more update before the end of the year. My diet has been trash since i started college though, need to fix it. Ive started swimming as well, tryna go 3 times a week after gym,

Man, I'm just eating almost anything, as long as it's not too unhealthy. I'm drinking alot of shakes WITH my meals. I've actually been piggin out in the last 3 days. I'm terrified of losing the lil bit of abs that I have.

My target weight? I guess 165lbs is ultimately the target. But I'm trying to bulk CAREFULLY. I've dirty bulked before......never again.

Word. I need to incorporate shakes into my diet again because I was hitting my protein macros while at the lower end of the caloric scale. The only problem is I can't just buy a tub of ON from GNC because my forehead breaks out bad as fukk smfh. In need to make my own but it also needs to have a lot of protein as well.

165? How tall are you? I'm going to get leaned out like that at 190.

I'm only 5'7. At 165lbs, I'd look huge.

And the shakes I drink are more so the Boost/Ensure type shakes rather than the whey protein....

I stopped with the whey like 8 months back...
