I always figured skinny nikkas had to gain weight before they started do bodyweight exercises & gym work but seems like I'm mistaken. Felt I'd be laughed out of the gym if I ever walked in.

Word. I need to incorporate shakes into my diet again because I was hitting my protein macros while at the lower end of the caloric scale. The only problem is I can't just buy a tub of ON from GNC because my forehead breaks out bad as fukk smfh. In need to make my own but it also needs to have a lot of protein as well.Good stuff breh!!
Man, I'm just eating almost anything, as long as it's not too unhealthy. I'm drinking alot of shakes WITH my meals. I've actually been piggin out in the last 3 days. I'm terrified of losing the lil bit of abs that I have.
My target weight? I guess 165lbs is ultimately the target. But I'm trying to bulk CAREFULLY. I've dirty bulked before......never again.
