Is there any point in a skinny nikka (6'0, 160 Ibs) heading to a gym? I've been thinking about it for a few years but this would be a precautionary method purely intended for superficial methods. I've been eating for years off the strength of my immaculate hairline, babyface & light skin, there's no guarantee I'll have 2/3 of those features 6/7 years down the road. My parents have bad hair genetics (which makes me fear for my hairline almost everyday), I can't grow anything past a struggle goatee & I can still pass for a 12th grader at 25.
I keep fit & healthy because of Cardio workouts, schooling nikkas at a local soccer League & the random pickup games at my local court but I've never really done shyt past that.
