I'm trying to get my arms like that. Even tho you think your abs are lacking, You have a nice small waist while having nice shoulders nice chest and arms. Good work. How much you weight?

Good looks bro. You can definitely get your arms like that.. sounds weird but I started seeing a lot of results after doing upright rows. I'm 185 right now.

Beast. How many reps and sets of each do you do?

Man breh it just depends

I split my workouts up like I'll go light one week then heavy one week then have a week where I do heavy weight for lotta reps.

But right now I be pressed for time because of my job so I'm working 2 body parts a day and only doing 2 exercises each for them and prolly around 14 sets for each body part

So for example let's use bench press on a light week I'll go:

135x20
185x20
205x20
225x15

Then I'll reverse

225 as many as I can
205 as many as I can
185 as many as I can
135 as many as I can

Heavy week I'll go:

135x10
185x5
225x5
275x5
315x3

Then I'll reverse

300 as many as I can
275 as many as I can
250 as many as I can
225 as many as I can

I don't care about getting alot of reps heavy week cause I'm only focused on building strength this week.

And for heavy weight high reps I'll go:

135x15
185x10
225x15
235x13
245x10
255x8

Reverse

250 as many as I can
240 as many as I can
230 as many as I can
220 as many as I can

But these numbers don't always stay the same I'm ALWAYS trying to get better so this is just an example and I workout like this for everybody part and every exercise

How many times do you do chest per week?

Once.

I do incline and flat seperate days so i guess twice but I'm working two different parts so :yeshrug:

I'm not with that upper body/lower body split or push/pull split. To where guys can sometimes hit a body part 2-3 times a week.

You hit it hard enough that one day you good for the week.

Is there any point in a skinny nikka (6'0, 160 Ibs) heading to a gym? I've been thinking about it for a few years but this would be a precautionary method purely intended for superficial methods. I've been eating for years off the strength of my immaculate hairline, babyface & light skin, there's no guarantee I'll have 2/3 of those features 6/7 years down the road. My parents have bad hair genetics (which makes me fear for my hairline almost everyday), I can't grow anything past a struggle goatee & I can still pass for a 12th grader at 25.

I keep fit & healthy because of Cardio workouts, schooling nikkas at a local soccer League & the random pickup games at my local court but I've never really done shyt past that. :manny:
