Chest lookin insane. What do you do for chest?

Last night before I took that pic, I did flat DB press 4 x 8, incline (bench was on a high incline) 4 x 8, machine press 3 x 8 superset with pec deck. and then some press ups on the trx machine.

Usually I do back with Chest but last night I decided to do just Chest as it was late and I didn't feel like I had the energy to do back as well.

Good job... I"m down to my goal weight 200lbs even. I was only at 215 but I appear more cut than in my avi pic from a few months ago now

Wish I caught this thread awhile ago, I've been searching for some inspiration. Been hitting the gym 4-5 days a week. Just included some Ab exercise to finish my workouts. Abs starting to come in. I think I'm going to start doing cardio. Maybe every 5 time I go. :jbhmm:

what is your diet like? all u have to do is cut the junk food and cook your own food. eat lots of vegetables and drink lots of water. you'll be good.

Well I did cut down on the junk, processed, fast foods and drinking but I still eat n drink a few times a week.

My diet is this

Meal 1

Sweet n spicy tuna fish, sausage, and low fat yogurt

Meal 2

2 hamburger patties with BBQ sauce

Meal 3

Smoked sausage or koboski

Meal 4

Chicken lunch meat sandwich or pb n jelly or rice n beans, or oatmeal

Snacks

Peanuts, popcorn, sugar free hello


I'm not really concerned with getting a beach body because that's fairly easy for me to achieve. If I did the keto diet I would of lost 30lbs by now but I'm not into that lifestyle no more.
