What ya'll think? I'm trying to get that V-Cut. I'm a month of cardio and miticulous clean bulking away from...I Don't know. I'm headed somewhere. I just don't know where exactly.
What was your routine/workouts?

Sorry for the late response.

I did 100 side lateral raises every morning broken down into 25 reps in 4 sets. Using 10lb weights

100 Pushups every morning same as the side laterals 25×4(ride before the side laterals).

I did 4 sets of 12 reps of Dumbell press. I'd do 48 for each side to isolate them and for isometric problems. Than id do 48 together.

Than I'd do the cross bench overhead raises. I'd do 3 sets of 20 reps for that.

Than I'd do Dumbell flys. 4×12.

I don't have a gym membership. It's all free weights and calisthenics.

Fell off the gym for a year and just got back into it. I am the biggest I ever been.
Before picture I am 6'4" 218 after I am 6'4" 240.
I am stronger than I have ever been but I think I got too much fat to really see any progress.
My goals now are to just get this cut going but that shyt is hard, I love food too much. :sadcam:

I havent posted in a year, cause i haven't done shyt. :francis:

But i've been back on it recently doing P90x, and i've lost 10 pounds since my last post on here for a total of 40 pounds altogether as of this morning, but ill post pics and updates when I hit 50+

Will try and sort that out.....because of the Arnie program Lats have declined a little to be fair, It doesn't have lat pull downs in the program but I will be adding them in anyway soon.

Also that was post Chest workout too, so chest is pumped right there.
