Hadrian Sanon is recruitable. Apparently after you finish the UC Vanguard, you go back to Mars to talk to Percival.

He'll give you the idea of asking her to come with you to do some radiant quests.

ohhh that’s dope…glad you mentioned it…I joked and called her the “tranny clone” but her character ended up being really cool…her, percival and that whole UC vanguard mission was extremely reminiscent of ME 1…will definitely recruit her…I hired 2 ppl from the bar…the EMS specialist who they don’t even give a name…but I fukked up and replaced her with someone else thinking I could always add her back on later but she’s nowhere to be found…I also hired the maria chic…she’s low key fukking annoying tho…most of them are lol…I had sam and his daughter on the ship…that little girl keeps popping up everywhere wanting to talk…kicked them both off…for now it’s me, andreja, maria and vasco…think I’ll replace maria with hadrian

Yea I paid mine off, and after completing the vanguard missions I realized that I didn’t need the house since they give you a house.

So far I wouldn’t recommend that perk or paying the house off
