The game looked great imo but I've said before that people aren't gonna be as forgiving about the typical Bethesda jank as they were in the past. They're coming off of 2 duds with fallout 4 and 76, and the release of cyberpunk set the tone for what to expect with buggy releases.

This could end up being their best game ever and the internet will still turn it into a big meme like 2077 if this isn't the most polished RPG they've ever released.

Fallout 4 and 76 were/are very successful and still sustain large player counts.

They want this to be a sci-fi 3rd person cinematic action game with customization tacked on so bad. It's skyrim/fallout in space idk what the fukk these dudes here expected?
But honestly I think part of it is people mad that it's an Xbox exclusive on consoles and it's the reason the game everybody actually wants (Elder Scrolls 6) hasn't been in development. Its hard for people to give a new IP a chance when the company keeps ignoring requests to make games fans haven't asked for (this and fallout 76)
