No idea who that is, but clearly the reviewer hs an agenda. This game does NOT look like a 7. I'll decide for myself in a few days, but a Fallout type game with these few bugs being a 7 or less sounds and feel like hate to me. Watching videos of it, they've improved on a lot of the formula. Fallout 4 in space without the ship stuff and improvements is more than a 7 IMO.
