I'm well aware of the hints of romance. But trilogy's a mess and had a shyt attempt at will they won't they

who knows what it would have ended up to be

It turned from a love storyline to a force storyline when JJ decided to let reddit co write his movie.

Finally watched the movie after the HD torrents came out, no way was i going to give my money to them. First reaction this was a fukkin mess. Where does star wars go from here? Do they make any more movies? I actually agree Mandolorian was way better and still they had some useless filler episodes in there. They really are trying to milk everything. I think they should just stick to making TV series now.

that’s not saying much @ all

TFA I wholeheartedly enjoyed after the first 30 minutes

it recaptured the magic of the movies in the first trilogy imo

second joint was trash w/ a very slow moving giant spaceship “chase” scene for most of the movie...the lightsaber fight in the last 30 minutes was dope enough for me not to completely shyt on the movie

third installment was entirely pedestrian...it was better than the second bcuz it was consistently “ok” throughout versus being trash for most of the movie w/ a final fight scene that just barely bailed it out

The movies are OK, at best, separately. This & The Force Awakens are entertaining enough, and The Last Jedi has some visually stunning scenes. Other than that....I got nothing

Late pass. Finally watched. Great visuals and effects. Story wise it was trash. They should've called the film "The Rey Show"

That shyt was all over the place. How did the emperor get all those ships made and how did he get a crew for each one of them
Couldn't believe they would double down on Rey being uber powerful. Healing powers, stopping ships in air, flying the X-Wing fighter, professional sailor, etc.
Finn and Poe literally were useless the entire film. They were begging to go on flights with Rey.. And Finn had a Nubian queen down with him later but all he still wanted to do was scream out "REYYYYYY!!!" every 15 minutes when he got air time. Star Destroyers can take out planets now? And they was riding horses on top of star destroyers
