Saw it, and just like a lot of reviewers shyt just was aggravating for no reason....some truly stupid ass decisions

My absolutely most hated thing is

That everybody just dies for stupid ass reasons....Leia literally just up and dies to say her son's name....Kylo/Ben just up and dies, Rea just up and dies...and they are all stupid ass unbelievable reasons

I can kinda excuse the first one, given the circumstances

Watching these movies and realizing there's no sense of danger or tension in any of Rey's fights... it's like, does Kylo even pinch the bytch one time? :gucci:

When Luke fought Darth Vader the first time, he got in a few lucky hits then got mollywhopped after Vader started fighting seriously, resulting in him losing the fight and his hand. When Anakin and Obi-Wan tried to 2v1 Dooku, they got aired out viciously from jump and Anakin lost his hand and a good chunk of his force potential with it. shyt, Anakin lost to Obi-Wan despite being MUCH stronger in the force by that point because he had the fatal flaw of letting his emotions cloud his sense of judgment. At no point do you feel like Rey is in any immediate danger or feel any tension like she'd actually lose. She steamrolls through everybody.

Well then I’d counter with do you even like star war because that’s what 1-6 was about :skip:
and i keep going back to the fact he's the worst dude in the galaxy and gets redeemed by killing his boss. "he was possessed by the force" doesn't hold up in court. ya know what? thanks for fake taking out the emperor, but you don't get to have a happy legacy, Space Hitler.

Merry Christmas

Wow. I'm honestly surprised that most of yall aint feeling it. I loved it and saw it twice. Maybe it's because I'm just a casual fan of Star Wars and don't have as deep of a connection to the franchise as the rest of yall.

I'm also shocked at yall propping up The Last Jedi cuz even though I thought it was aight the first viewing, I grew to dislike TLJ more and more with each rewatch.

That's just Star Wars fans being Star Wars fans. The reaction to every main Star Wars movie since Episode 1 has been "Star Wars is ruined forever! :damn: ".

Then about 10 or 15 years later they decide the same movies were good. Just like you have people deciding Episodes 1 and 2 are good now just because they have something newer to hate. :mjlol:

You also have to realize it's the Trump era, so any movie with too many females or minorities going to be seen as some kind of SJW thing by angry incels and shyt.

Described it perfectly. It's just a movie. As much as I love the original trilogy they were flawed as hell.
I think the prequels are terrible movies but you can find some good in them.
The sequels brought back the vibe of the original movies , and they have serious issues and flaws.
I see from a lot of fans "the sequels suck, so the prequels are automatically good by default" doesn't make any sense

Dude your logic is basically because you don’t like the character it’s okay to have sloppy storytelling. That’s coli logic to a tee :russ:

nah i just don't give a shyt about Anakin's legacy in the grand scheme. nothing about this entire series is clean. i bet we'd be picking holes in the originals too if we had the internet back then. Star Wars movies are probably just... not good. 95% of it is fukkin stupid. We'll be shytting on the Mandalorian in a couple weeks once that high wears off too.
