This movie opened up two to three large cans of worms that the next movie and the this triology hinges on if they explain it all and they have to explain it all, too.
Like this movie should have delved into origins and part three should have opened and explained this new can of worms that is too large for one last movie.

Yea that was really my only dissapointment towards this whole thing. I only saw ROTJ as a kid then saw ep 4 and 5 later on so i never got that 1st pop like the OG fans did but i can see why they are pissed. Since TFA copied Hope then they were at least excited for a copy of Empire so i was glad i wasnt in the theater like "oh just like hoth" etc
The OG stans gotta realize that the luke leia han trinity are only side characters now to push forward the new big 3 as much as that sucks but blame Lucas for not continuing their story on the big screen
I hate to have to buy a book to read up about snoke but dude's screen time was dope and his sonnings was epic. Told kylo that nikka aint vader but a stupid kid in a mask!! And how did he take over the rest of the empire, was he a royal guard? The new force abilities were dope and looks goodbye to Leia had everybody choked up. Was i the only one to see the jedi books in that draw that Finn opened up at the end? Maybe he do get some force training after all.Im going to see this again tomorrow in imax with my kids mayne

I liked the premise of the casino plot.
I like the ending of the casino plot.
Yet this movie failed to explain and opened up to many worms including the casino plot as well. This last movie got to much explaining to do and I don't have time to wait to watch as long as I have now for them to give it to someone you g as fukk and out of touch to write it.

As for the fights, it makes sense why the prequels shine. Those Jedi/Sith were trained from birth and fought wars.
Luke/Rey only started around 20. Luke never really had proper lightsaber training except for deflecting bolts. His biggest fights were fighting a machine.
Only thing it doesn't explain is why:

Rey, again, matches Kylo in everything. In TFA yall were telling me it was because of Chewie's blast and Kylo being upset about killing Han.
Here she fought off the guards before he did, and he again couldn't snatch the lightsaber from her.
