Spoilers make the movie sound shyt. Hard pass, I'll see it in a couple weeks when the hype dies down
So let's move off finn and Rey . Let's talk about Rian Johnson .. is it possible that people just overrated him and expected more than his works shown .
The guy makes creative stuff no doubt I love Brick ( JGL killed it and I love detective noir movies /books ) and looper (JGL as young Bruce was awesome ) but he seems to not really like to explain things hold hands or give answers to everything .
His BB work was great of course but that's BB he took risks and not everyone loves the fly but his other Episodes though are universally praised .

This nikka Rian has gone and shat all over Star Wars lore, TFA defenders claiming there is a reason for such and such just got piss in their face. No explanation of shyt it’s just like that because.

It's certainly not going to match TFA's box office. Although, the diehard movie guys that know spoilers are what 5% of the viewing audience?

I should have known Disney was just going to pay lip service with their BS this time around again
Got all the POC characters in their own little filler story section of the movie whereas the white leads all have greater prominence in a plot relevant to IX
Worst part is I know Boyega is kinda low key bothered by the perception of the character too. He low key noted Finn was a bit of a joke in TFA and really wanted his character to get some redemption in this movie. Unfortunately its for the wrong audience
Black Panther can't come soon enough imo

Either the spoilers are fake or this is the most predictable star wars in the series. I just really have an issue with the main characters, they suck.
