Yea some of them don't add up storyline wise, but some of the constants I hear are:

Snoke reveals to Luke he's Anakin's true father
We'll see how Jedi Temple got destroyed by Kylo and K.O.R.
Rey is Anakin reincarnated?
Rey gets a limb cut off in rematch with Kylo (there's pics of her wearing green screen band around her arm)
Fin has Asian Love interest throughout the movie

I've been watchin this a few times since the Starz premiere, I wonder at what point did Lucas figure out it was the same movie. I think he got suspicious with the hidden plans in BB-8, but I think he was lik "HELL NAW" with the Rey opening scene.

There's really not much in ep 7 but it IS entertaining.

If he's mentioned in Ep III he's "technically" canon off rip. I remember reading a while back before Ep 7 came out that the conclusion of the series and what happens would be a major twist in the whole Skywalker saga cause at the end of the day that's what this whole story's about.

2 1/2 hours of outlandish shyt, cameos that made no sense, and basically repackaging Star Wars. But Lucas was a joke right so lets give it 5 stars
