So I’m going to guess the Supervisor on their home planet got the other planets destroyed. Probably hired pirates to do it then JokerTDK them.

The previous captain must be out there and escaped but the ship crashed on his way back to the planet.

The themes of this ep were cool but the actual execution was dumb. Like if these 9 planets are so long lost as to be forgotten, who are these people at war?
The only thing I can think of is losing the majority of the technology, but even then, it wouldn't make sense for the sides to be fighting.

I was kinda nervous this episode because one thing Revenge of the Sith and Ewoks the battle for Endor has taught me is that the star wars franchise doesn't mind killing off child characters. Neel is awesome but i thought he was about to get ripped apart. I worry about KB because her two moms said her cybernetics are some form of life support for her. Like if she's sickly or has a disability this can go left really quick.

The pacing of this episode did feel a bit to get going, but man the last 10–15 mins was great.

Kind of nice to get an angle at the parent's side. Essentially, all of them except Fern's mom, realizing the supervisor wasn't going to do shyt.

Though most of the episode was a focused on Jod as his conversation with Wim was good. His point of letting go of attachments and the way he said it was very Jedi like. More and more kind of shows he has to be a padawan or youngling when order 66 happened. No surprise, Wim looked at him like he was crazy. Also, when Wim tried using the lightsaber, he knew it was upside-down. Though once that Bounty Hunter chick came through bit by bit, Jod's mask he had in front of the kids was cracking. He lost his temper with them, which I wouldn't blame him because babysitting is not what he came here to do. Once he had access to the terminal, having SM-33 to pour acid was brutal :picard:

I do like the anti-hero vibe he gives. Though, it is clear that he isn't completely heartless. Considering how much Fern was testing his patience, it would have been easier to kill her. It does feel more than likely him and the kids will agree to some truce. Though, the kids get an opportunity to realize the position they are in for the first time. Though, them activating the trap was smart af.

Another great episode. I love how the kids are learning what life really is like, the hard truth, and the last few minutes shows that they're adapting and learning to think on the fly. Jod is scoundrel, but charming scoundrel. Rennod definitely is someone of prominence to be revealed

Prob one of the weaker episodes, but the episode is charming in its own way.

Prob not surprised that Jod got captured. Pirates in Star Wars live through their greed. Talking about the treasures of At Attin was his one ticket. At the very least, him pointing how the current conditions are with Brutus.

The moments between KB and Wim were nice. KB is afraid of speaking out to Fern because she doesn't want to be alone with no friends. :mjcry: Wim response is like well you can be friends with me and Neel. I did get a little annoyed how she was able to save the day. Since she was forcing Neel to go up that wall and not taking him to account, which is the point KB made about her. Feels like Wim is finally taking things seriously. He is def going to have his moment.

I am pretty sure the reason why SM-33 said to never push that button is basically that reveals the ship of Tak Rennod perhaps? I will assume the X-Wings will recognize the ship, but get confused with kids riding it.

These kids brings a natural charm to the story that elevates it. I like how this episodes has the different pairings that really puts life into perspective for these kids

I hope they keep these kids around for a while. I'd like to see how they grow into young adults.

Interesting direction for this episode. Solid episode.

Jod looking at the pirates like they were a bunch of simpletons. :pachaha: Tho tbh shouldn't be surprising. Brutus being gone, just like the kids' plan went to shyt. Cold scene for Jod to kill him. The cut after SM-33 went after Jod and the pirate was weird. I guess with the pirate code each captain can only be captain of one ship. SM-33 just favored the kids. Nice to see Jod using his lightsaber rip SM-33 tho. :sadcam:

I loved the interaction when Jod loses his shyt and tells the kids starting with Neel to shut up. Tbh any adult that ends up in the company of 4 kids and 2 of them being spoiled beyond belief. (Wim and Fern) Though if Jod were a youngling or padawan during order 66, it implies he never had a childhood behind them. Perhaps he could be more so pissed off how rough his childhood was.

Man, the amount of Gold that they are creating is insane :damn:. Great scene with the Gold falling and Jod catching it. Although curious about what is going to happen next because Jod's character is difficult to pinpoint what he will do. The one confusing thing with Disney Star Wars lore is that blade color symbolizes dark side and light side. Granted I am confused how that works. Given how the crystal turned red in The Acolyte. Outside the 4 kids surviving curious how it goes :lupe:
