agree with the emotions in the OG fights....Vader schooling and taunting Luke during their ESB fight was :ohlawd:

It's funny you bring that up cause Luke was arrogant just like his dad thinking he was ready. He should of listened to Yoda and finished his training. Han was going to get frozen no matter what. Him going to cloud city cost him his hand. But at least he found out the truth about Pops. Hamil's acting and emotions was so on point:

Motherfukkers really in this thread calling Anakin a bytch like Darth Vader wasn't one of the baddest heavy breathing nikkas in the galaxy. If it weren't for Vader we would have never gotten Luke. Y'all better calm down.

Darth Vader in was a bad ass nikka. Lucas straight made Anakin out to be a whiny fun boy in the prequels. :camby: I never once liked the dude in them and we are supposed to be cheering for the chosen one? :what:

I was glad when Obi-Wan tha GAWD cut that bytch into pieces. :pacspit:

Mace had him on the ropes and was about to deliver that :damn: shot. Palps was using all of his life force to defeat Mace, which is why he looked all fukked up. Then that lil bytch Annakin revealed his darkness in the force and distracted Mace. Long enough to allow Sidious to use one last final force lightning blast.
:pacspit: Annakin. They didn't really show it in the movie, but Mace was a BEAST. He was on Yoda level and was the best Jedi swordsman.

he even created a new jedi swordsmanship that mimics sith fighting style...think it was veptas or something like that

Sidious was more powerful than mace but mace's vapaad style basically makes him able to defeat people on the dark side. He has just fought a war, palpatine hadnt had a legit fight since who knows when.

Duuuuuvaaaaal!!
Nowhere is it even close to being implied in the originals that Anakin was of virgin birth nor was there any mention of any ancient prophecy.

Even after 3 movies I bet you nobody can tell what exactly the prophecy means because it's never even explained. What the fukk does "balance to the force" even mean???
If you read the last SW book, it details what "Balance to the force" means.
Basically, Pals and his master Plaegis, mustered up so much dark force power, trying to make themselves immortal, that it perverted the force, and tilted the energy to favor the sith. The balance of the force was damaged when they did that. To right itself, the force manifested in the womb of a woman, and the baby would be called Anakin.

Which besides purple being Sam's favorite color its also the color of his sabre.. the purple is red and blue mixed because he had dark side power. I believe he had him because Palp underestimated Mace's ability. Then when he felt Anakin's presence he played them both.

Better to reign in Hell than serve in Heaven
A homie told me to think of it as controlling bandwidth. Sith want to hog all the bandwidth and Jedi thinks everyone should have a cap. :yeshrug:

IMO where I think Yoda and Mace fukked up was taking Anakin in when they never even trusted dude but then again it's not like they could have ignored him with all the potential power he had and a powerful sith somewhere out there in the cut.
where they fukked up at is never training him

remember he asked the council to train him.... they refused... then obi wan trained him on his own and brought him back as a teenager

but he should have been going to the jedi school like the other kids from day 1.. he was like 8 and some of them were like 5.. big deal... better than the outcome.... and definitely better than keeping him as an employee but not really training him or giving him the full benefit package

THEN you send him to the rival company to spy on the boss.. who you were already worried about...

all in all... the 3 prequels made the jedi's look like dummies.. the entire way they got wiped out was just :mindblown:

long read but hey http://starwars.wikia.com/wiki/The_Force

The Force was a metaphysical, binding, and ubiquitous power that held enormous importance for both the Jedi and Sith monastic orders. Known as the Way in ancient times, the Force was viewed in many different aspects, including, but not limited to, the light side, the dark side, the Unifying Force, and the Living Force. The first two aspects were concerned with the moral compass of the Force, as manifested by the conduct and emotions of living creatures who were themselves part of the fabric of the Force. The light side of the Force was the facet aligned with compassion, selflessness, self-knowledge and enlightenment, healing, mercy and benevolence, while the dark side of the Force was the element aligned with hatred, fear, covetousness, anger, aggression, jealousy and malevolence. The latter two aspects were defined by prominent Jedi philosophies: The Unifying Force essentially embraced space and time in its entirety while the Living Force dealt with the energy of living things. Though the Force was categorized in this way, there were no specific abilities or powers that were only usable by a follower of a particular path of the Force; the Force partially existed inside the life forms that used it, and drew energy from their emotions.

Some beings, particularly the Sith, believed that the dark side of the Force was more powerful than the light, though it was possible that the dark side was just more tempting to those who used it (or desired to use it). Others thought of the Force as an entity capable of intelligent thought, almost as a sort of deity. Anakin Skywalker, who was believed to have been conceived by the Force itself, may have shared this belief; if this was indeed the case, it would add credence towards the view of the Force as a sentient entity. Though the Force was thought to flow through every living thing, its power could only be harnessed by beings described as "Force-sensitive." This Force-sensitivity was correlated with, and sometimes attributed to, a high count of internal microorganisms called midi-chlorians that were found in a Force-sensitive's blood: the higher the count, the greater the being's potential Force ability, though there were some exceptions to this rule. Force-sensitive beings were able to tap into the Force to perform acts of great skill and agility as well as control and shape the world around them. Sometimes this ability was described as having a strong Force "aura".

Early historyEdit
In 36,453 BBY, philosophers and scientists from several Star systems gathered on Tython to share mystical knowledge. The Force was "discovered." Unfortunately, in 25,793 BBY, several Tythan scholars began using their knowledge of the Force to pursue power, leading to the beginning of the Force Wars. Peace-minded monks that survived the destruction on Tython established the Jedi Order in 25,783 BBY.

I believe and always felt that Sidius allowed Mace to defeat him because he knew Anakin was just around the corner. People tend to overlook the fact he took out two of Mace's JEDI knights in a matter of SECONDS before going one on one with Mace himself. Mace knew this dude was way too powerful which is why he must kill in instead of taking him in. Sidius being a master manipulator, was pretending the entire time that he was defeated just so he can force Anakin to make the infamous choice of which side he want to be on. There's a reason after he crying how "weak" he is from Mace that once Anakin chopped that hand off, Sidius suddenly got the battery charged back in his back and yelled "UNLIMITED POWER".

shyt, this is the same dude that went toe to toe with YODA and it ended up a draw. Even Yoda confessed that dude was too powerful to be fukked with. So, yea... Sidius was playing possum with Mace.

I agree. Yoda saw Palpatine was more powerful than he thought and used the fall as a way to bounce. with the robe there and no body it at least left Palps with the thought that maybe he vaporized Yoda. And with yoda going into hiding for those 18-21 years (depending on luke's age in ESB) he probably eventually believed he killed him.
As a matter of fact, they never did sense yoda's presence it was only Ben, so both Vader and Palps assumed him dead

This is false. Originally everyone thought Luke was the chosen one during the Original Trilogy days. Lucas basically just said, no it was always Anakin and gave us the back story. Lucas had the Prequels planned from the beginning but chose to tell the story in the middle cause the Prequels in his words (Weren't as excited as the middle chapter). Boy was he right.

Lucas has gone back and forth for decades saying he had it all planned vs. only had the orginal stuff. Always changing his mind.
