in every fukking sport...there are people who are perfectly health...who arent flying with their team or sitting back home. pitchers in baseball. soccer players when team already clinched their group in champs league. football players resting players in the last game of the season ,etc.

happens in EVERY sport. it happens in bball too, has happened before too. but this is the FIRST fine of this kind as far as I know

As an avid sports fan I somewhat agree, the problem is the only reason you see it on TV is because of a TV contract that was given based on fan viewership/interest........see where this is going?

He can continue to sit 4 of his five starters in marquee match ups if he thinks it will win him a ring. I'm sure all those fines will go over well with **** as long as he gets a championship out of it.

Pop obviously IS worried about other teams because he probably felt they were going to lose this game anyway and completely tanked it to get his poor babies some rest. He had terrible logic anyway since he should have factored in the possibility that they might be battling the Heat for home court if they both make the Finals and to drop one of 2 meetings because he thinks he is smarter than the world is just idiotic. If anything, he should have tanked against the Raps or Wiz since he knows he won't have to worry about them taking HC advantage in the Finals.

Ok, somebody that won something. We can talk. I hear u talking, but the Spurs just went 5-1 on the road trip. The fact that we almost won makes ur argument (the game was "completely tanked") totally pointless. U get the gauranteed wins and focus on ur conference oponents, like say Memphis, who we got on Saturday.

And since u a Bulls fan, why u worrying bout the Spurs anyway? Shouldn't u be in the gym spotting Derrick Rose, getting him a Powerade or sumthin, making sure he come back healthy? Go do that.
