I tried to get into Destiny, but the controls just felt floaty as fukk to me.

The controls are way too floaty. The aiming is janky which is why the aim assist was so strong. Almost felt like the game was playing for me.

PS Plus has been a great program since the jump. Before PS Plus, Live Gold got you nothing other than paying to play online. It was free money for XBox. After Plus, they had to start giving you something for the membership.

3 billy for Destiny and the idea that these dudes made Halo once upon a time? Pool that money for the Capcom deal and really stick it to microsoft.

I said this in earlier thread that Sony should buy bungie. But at that Price they could have bought Sega. I would have rather them spent the money on a Japanese publisher than them buying an American developer.

those expansions were good money. Also opens up D3 for free 2 play options. Sony already has a stake in Epic with their Fortnite success. I can see them trying to get Destiny 3 or another IP setup to do the same.

Microsoft is going all in on Game Pass so they're going with the walled garden approach. Third party games don't matter that much. They've been bleeding the sales of those for a while now.
