money cash hoez gotta be one of the corniest beats ever. When you got jay-z and dmx on a track any beat will work well.

Now the blackout with those two and lox sounds 10 times better, you can play that shyt in 2018 and still sounds fresh

nikkaz is hot heads and the bullets is head seekin

I never cared for Blackout :hubie:

nobody "forgot about it" like you claimed.

niccas just weren't checkin for timbaland albums to know about that chit.

It was also on Luda's album and any Luda fans knows "Fat Rabbit" was his first feature. It has been brought up in several of his interviews. And people familiar with Luda's DJ days know that was his first feature, because it was a staple on the Phat 7 at 7 when Luda was a DJ.

you see Unsung last night? 702 jawn. missy was all over it.

everybody talks over your head. that's why they say youre dense.
you still don't get the gist of what im saying.

as for timbaland, yea it was 2001. that was a dry year for him. most of the songs you listed, dropped in the 4th quarter.

and theres quite a bit of stuff on your list that wasn't poppin.

Missy was on Unsung because she wrote and produced for them. On top of that she had them on two songs from her albums. Either way, it's irrelevant to the topic. There's no connection here or there.

You can't say anything about being over anybody's head because you stay trying to make connections that have nothing to do with the topic. Everybody's over your head, because you are beneath everybody else in regard to articulating points.

2001 was not a dry year for Timbaland. Most of those songs dropped summer 2001. "Roll Out" by Luda is the only song that dropped in the fourth quarter.

All of those songs were poppin'.

it wasn't a baseless claim. it was simply an opinion. and you could've came back with other examples. you prolly could've shut me down with something like foxy brown/trackmasters. but instead you fire back with this timbaland/missy bullchit. heads as not f*ckin wit them at all. then when I pointed that out, you got mad.

also, the bolded never happened. youre prolly thinking about another topic in another thread, that youre obviously still holding a grudge over.

absent from what party? you and that freak you were taggin with, don't go nowhere.

landing a source cover meant what exactly?? does that mean they were what was hot on the streets because they were on the source??:laff:

youre right. that missy verse was so wack, I just remember her singing. it was a record that was bigger in r&b than hip-hop. the tale of her entire career.

It was baseless. I came back with an example. And Missy and Timbaland is still a >>>>>>> tandem than Foxy Brown and The Trackmasters.

I never got mad, you're the one in her butt hurt using feminist talking points to defend no one mentioning Eve's debut until you mentioned it in this thread.

Don't ever mention what the streets is feeling when you're in here trying to defend Eve being more poppin than Mobb Deep in '99.

Landing a cover of The Source actually meant a lot. They dubbed themselves the voice for Hip Hop culture. Who they decide to put on covers affects their brand as a whole. You're not gambling putting an artist on the cover that

1) hurts your brand

2) isn't going to get your audience to cop the magazine

this IS a current topic, dumbass.
Nah. It's forced. No one is discussing Swizz Cheese outside of the Coli. If anything people are in this thread talking about Timbo more.

Swizz is not a good producer. You'll bring up his work with RR, The Lox and DMX but that's because he had Dame Grease and PK sound engineering behind him.

You noticed the moment he branched off dolo he was shiite.

:snoop: when posters are in here trying to elevate an Eve album over Mobb and then wanna lean on the streets when it's convenient. And :snoop::snoop: when the same poster wants to claim Foxy/The Trackmasters as a tandem and then downplay Missy/Timbo talking about the streets wasn't feeling it when those Foxy/Trackmasters tracks were all rehashes of popular R&B joints from the 80's.
