I disagree. Ain't nobody in that league worried about being "embarrassed" by Lin. Lin act like a good 10%(or more) of the league aint played overseas before. They know Asians can ball. Lin act like he the only Asian ever played in the NBA. Lin act like he really all that good. If anything, if you have any pride as a defender in the league, then the only thing worth worrying about being embarrassed about is not being able to contain someone who has no left and constantly picks up his dribble. If there's anything you should be embarrassed about, its that you weren't able to get at least 1 steal on your stat line while guarding him.
I really doubt that anybody in that league is worried about being outplayed by an Asian. They worried about being outplayed by an overhyped player. Lin need to quit being sensitive, stop buying into his own hype and build his work ethic. Just feels like this guy is always looking for sympathy.

What exactly are you basing this on? We are talking about nba players not rec league off the street players. How do you find out the difference between a nba player wanting to go at lin because of the hype and that many in the media consider him an allstar or them going at him because he's asian? I mean look at kobe or lebron, don't tell me that players to this day don't go after those dudes constantly and they are much more accomplished than lin.

I'm basin this on sheer facts from Jeremy Lins mouth. He has said himself that black dudes come at him harder because he is Asian and they don't wana get embarrased by him, and they feel that Lin doesn't deserve all the hype and credit he has recievd. Those are facts/quotes from Lins mouth!

I think he's just making excuses for his poor play, he's playing the victim race card because he is not living up to his own hype. Of course other players are going to come at him, he is being touted in the media as an all star based off half a season last year. If you don't think that nba players would come after him than you are being delusional, it has nothing to do with race. He has to either step up his skills or relent to the fact that he is not worth his own hype. FOH

Race played a role on his huge contract, race played a huge role in the Jeremy Lin saga. U have to be foolish to think that it didn't!

yea cause obviously these same players slack and dont give a shyt when chris paul, deron williams or any other point guard is playing against them

These are NBA players, they don't need any added motivation to go after a player. I remember just last season lin made a comment about how the nba was different because back when he was in college they made derogatory comments about him being asian compared to the nba where he didn't hear any of that and this was during linsanity. However, now that he is struggling he wants to play the race card that they are going at him too hard because he's asian.

Where did I say anything about "black pressure" or where did I say that black pressure made him airball? Stop putting words in my mouth and stay on track. What Lin said from his own mouth are facts from his own mouth based on his experience. U can't tell him that he is wrong.
