Does this help you get stronger? Gain muscle? Also is it true that it helps with popping joints like knees? I'm really close to diving in.
Your not gonna gain muscle but you will get much stronger and tighter

And yes it helps greatly popping joints all over

I'm getting pretty into it

DDP is easy to follow

Best decision you could make Breh. Over the past year and a half I've gone from 142.7kg (almost 315lb, I'm only 5' 11) to around 88.5kg (about 196lbs).

It's a hard road, but it's well worth it. Good food + consistant exercise is the key.
