Didn't even try mixtape yet, is it a mix of every single workout? I just stick to Red Hot Core, Fat Burner, Below the Belt and Diamond Cutter now.

Haven't done mixtape yet - I don't even think its come up on the schedule for me.

Legit feeling good from it these days too :ahh:

Its dope, has shyt i had never saw/skipped like the down dog jumps/hood ornament/calf raises/standing leg stretches

It's an ass kicker, but i like it cause Fat Burner/Red Hot Core started to get too easy

Gonna try it again over the next few days

I just stick to the schedule like @PlayerNinety_Nine though. I'm probably nowhere as fit as you guys. I had two lung surgeries in two years so sometimes I get weird chest/shoulder pains and I gotta go into those modified positions :mjcry:

Alright I'm bout to finally buy this. Question though how long are the workouts on average?
It varies, but the shorter ones are normally the hardest :bryan:

I haven't done this in like 2 weeks :smh:
