Being raised by a couple farmers in the Bible Belt and then surreptitiously saving people from childhood to adulthood was more than enough for me to understand his stance on killing folks.Actually the action scenes were great and I'm usually a guy who doesn't care about those. But again, the problem I had was they didn't show before hand how much not killing people mattered to Superman.
