breh alot of developers have said alot about the wii in general and they still put out games on it... its another platform to get money from . just because it can run the next gen frost bite doesnt mean shyt they just port it with weaker graphics......nintendo is fine they are in there own lane the honestly dont even need ea. nintendo is publishing games for developers just to help out....

If MS does this for them do you think they will make some of their games exclusive to that platform if Sony doesnt follow suit or give MS more exclusive DLC? You have to think that MS didnt just do this for nothing. What if Activision told Sony no CoD unless you axe those used games?

They could try it but heres an equation. How many flops can a studio put out before they go back to multiplat. Studios could effectively body themselves signing exclusive agreements with Microsoft if the games they're making exclusive are rubbish. They'll basically flop on the cost and hope Microsofts Payolla covers the rest of their development recovery. This could hurt some brands but i cant imagine the games i really care about being exclusive. In particular games made by Capcom, Konami, Rockstar, Square and some EA titles.
