I never have my 360 or ps3 attached to the internet any more. I don't have gold and the ps3 is just as good without the epicness known as home.
Every 3-4 months or so I put them online for a system update and see what random shyt got an add-on to the games I still own.
You shyt on so many people with this stuff. People without internet are just fukked straight up. Gamestop, Red Box, Blockbuster(
anyway), GameFly are basically done by this same move.

the console is always on and always connected and all games must be installed to the hard drive with no play from the optical disc supported. disc are used for software distribution only.
shyt's gonna be closed box but ran like PC games are. activation serials and hard drive installs. the only question remaining is once a game is activated to your account and box is it transferable?
